He was excited to have another friend birthday party, and even when I tried to convince him to have his party at a bowling alley or another fun place, he just wanted to have a party at home. No surprise, he wanted to have a bird themed party, or a bird-day party, if you will. Everyone at the party got to paint a little bird house.
We bindfolded each child and had them each see how many feathers they could scoop up off the rug. It was way harder than it looks!
They also had a race to see who could find all the gummy worms and gummy fish in the whipped cream using only their beaks!
And of course we had to play an all-bird version of Don't Eat Pete, because it's my favorite party game!
